Easy to use, very nice looking, highly accessible and clutter free. I eventually ended up leaving that job and I still use spark! It wasn’t Until I got a computer(I only use spark on my phone) and realized that emailing in general just felt so off without spark □. So I started using Spark for work as they required me to use it for emails. Please contact us at and note ‘From App Store’ in a subject, so we will be able to help. We would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further. Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you’ve faced. Hello! Thank you for taking the time to write a review for us. we spend years building email habits and expectations, and believe me, rocking a comfortable boat with more going on under the hood than you can keep working reliably is not the way. Minor annoyances to be sure, but as Readdle continues on their corporate path of “we can always make it better” - you’re breaking too much. Today, and what prompted me to finally leave a cautionary review - I actually had to delete and reinstall spark on my ipad to get it to realize i had already read and filed my messages on my phone. To be fair this could just be an issue in ios, but I don’t have this issue with other apps so I dunno. On top of that, on any given device at any given time, I’ll check my mail, clean out my inbox and flick the app away, only to discover the red dot with my message count hasn’t updated and it looks like I still have unread messages. It isn’t until I kill the app and do a pulldown refresh that the state of the inbox is actually refreshed. Lately however, problems have crept in making it annoying to use, particularly between devices, where if I delete or arrange messages into relevant folders, it’s all cleaned up on one device, but when i switch to say… my phone… all the messages are still there in the inbox. On the surface it’s everything you could want in an email client. I really, and I mean REALLY want to love this app.
